Following the sudden passing of our President, John McLoughlin, the One Source Board of Directors convened to ensure continuity of leadership. We are pleased to announce the following changes to the executive leadership team, designed to ensure seamless and sustained growth.

Bill Tucker Appointed as Chief Executive Officer

With a 10-year track record of shaping One Source’s strategy and growth, combined with his experience as Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Division at Rexel, Bill is uniquely positioned to lead our company’s long-term vision and drive growth while continuing his responsibilities with the Construction Division.

Mike Morris Appointed as President With steadfast leadership and 30 years of invaluable continuity, Mike will spearhead the organization’s day-to-day operations and implement the Board's strategic initiatives into action, all while driving continued success in his pivotal role leading the Projects Division.

Christopher Barozzini Continues as Vice President of Lighting Controls Leveraging over three decades of deep company expertise, Christopher will continue to ensure unparalleled leadership, consistency, and strategic focus within the vital Lighting and Controls Division.

Joel Gavin Joins the Board as the Chief Financial Officer Bringing extensive experience, including his tenure as Controller of One Source and CFO for a major international electrical distributor, Joel elevates our financial strategy by combining deep industry knowledge with proven financial acumen.
