The role will require timely communication between our represented factories and electrical distributors. Daily tasks include order entry, maintaining reports, following shipping status, warranty/return resolutions, and some miscellaneous pricing. Our goal is to provide outstanding service to our customers while following a project through its construction life cycle. Professionalism and proficient computer skills are required. On the job training for our product lines and software will be provided. Experience in the industry and college education preferred but not required.

Responsibilities: • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records. • Daily entry of AR transactions into ERP system. • Prepare bank deposits. • Provide assistance and support to company personnel. • Research, track and document problems and discrepancies • Provide accounting support to the Controller. • Inform management and compile reports/summaries as needed. • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.
Associates Degree or relevant certification is a plus.
