Mike joined the agency in 1996, performing outside specification and sales roles. Prior to joining the company, he worked for a local electrical distributor in Washington D.C.. Mike graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Political Science/Economics in 1994.

In his current role, Mike oversees all sales, quotations, and customer service functions relating to the company’s Project business. This includes recruiting talented team members, directly managing the outside sales group, and working with department managers to assist in the management of people and processes for the inside sales and service staffs. Mike also maintains key specifier and distributor responsibilities and actively works to close major projects.

Mike’s expertise in project specification and sales make his opinions much sought-after, and he acts as an advisor for many specification-focused manufacturers, and serves on multiple manufacturer’s Agency Councils.
