Joel Gavin

Joel became One Source's Controller in May 2020. He manages all the day to day aspects of the accounting and finance departments. During his 30+ year career, he spent 20 years in financial management roles for regional, national, and multi-national wholesale electrical supply distributors. Joel has a strong commitment to collaboration, employee engagement, financial expectations, and customer relationships in order to achieve business objectives. Joel holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Akron and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. In addition, Joel has achieved his Certified Public Accountant and Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor designations. Joel’s passion for travel has brought him to several of the Wonders of the World: Great Pyramids of Giza, Macchu Pichu, Petra, the Great Wall of China, Chichen Itza and the Colosseum.
