Andrea Dayhoff

Andrea started with Maryland Lighting in 1995 as a part-time receptionist while finishing her Master of Science degree at Towson University. After graduating, she transitioned into customer service then quickly moved into lighting quotations. Andrea was truly surprised by how much she enjoyed selling light bulb holders! When the opportunity became available, Andrea became the manager of the Lighting Project Quotations department and now coordinates efforts between the Quotations, Project Management, and Customer Service groups at One Source. While sales is Andrea's primary role, she is also responsible for staffing, training, reporting, and employee assessments for the inside lighting division. Additionally, she serves on the Hubbell Oasis Agency Council.

One of her largest and highest profile projects is The Wharf DC Southwest Waterfront development, a mixed-use facility that includes a music venue, fish market, hotel, restaurants, shops, marinas, apartments, and more.

She values the factory and customer relationships she has built over the past 25 years and is passionate about maintaining a productive and supportive work environment for everyone in the agency. Andrea enjoys working in a dynamic industry with such talented co-workers and the opportunity to learn new things every day. While her job at One Source is very important, Andrea's most important jobs also include wife, mom, step-mom and grandmom and dog mom. When not working, she can be found cheering on her daughter from the side lines of the tennis court, basketball court, and lacrosse field. In the summer, she takes time to relax on the beach and bay in Ocean City.
