Job Description:

As a rapidly growing company One Source Associates has created a new position to ensure continued and improved leadership in customer satisfaction and service.  This role will involve a deep understanding of our business and its needs while working in two diverse segments of the electrical business, Lighting and Supply.  Work with bright, high-energy and focused co-workers to develop, manage & implement an industry leading customer service culture.  You will start with a strong foundation upon which to build.  Interface with a fast paced Executive Team which values Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a customer focused culture in our inside sales and service groups
2. Formalize all customer service policies & procedures by manufacturer for Distribution Division & Lighting Division
3. Develop customer service training program to upgrade skill sets
4.  Solve high level customer service problems raised by customer service specialists through interaction with the manufacturer and the customer
5. Visit customers when necessary to resolve problems
6. Coordinate & execute, with the assistance of the VP of Distribution; manufacture promotions and marketing programs
7. Create business plans with the Senior VP’s of Lighting & Lighting Controls & Distribution to ensure coordinated efforts to maximize corporate revenue.
8. Some travel is required for factory training, sales meetings, and industry events

Reports To:

Senior Vice President, Distribution Division

Supervises:

Distribution Customer Service & Quotations Specialists, Lighting Customer Service Specialists, Receptionist

Candidate Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts, Business, or Human Resources or equivalent of 5 Years Management Experience
2. Analytical & Independent Thinking
3. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
4. Ability to multi-task under pressure
