Job Description:

One Source Associates, Inc. seeks a qualified individual for an outside sales position for the Baltimore area, focusing on distribution and specification sales.  Responsibilities include calling on Electrical Distributors for the purposes of closing lighting and controls project business.  Responsibilities also include calling on Architects, Electrical Engineers Landscape Architects and others, for the purposes of influencing the specification of products we represent.  The position will require technical lighting and controls knowledge, deep knowledge of the products we represent, familiarity with products represented by competitors, the ability to use electronic tools to design controls and lighting projects, and a tenacious commitment to servicing customers, building relationships, and closing business.  Experience in all these facets of our business is preferred, but not required.   Self-motivation is a must.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Some experience in the electrical industry is preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with computers is a must. Familiarity with AutoCAD is an added bonus.
• .Familiarity with lighting and controls design software (AGI32) is preferred, but not required.

Salary & Benefits

• The position is paid as salary plus bonus.  Starting salary is determined by level of experience.  Bonus is paid based on a formula.
• Car allowance, gas, expense account, etc. are paid by One Source.
• Earning potential is limited only by individual growth and productivity.
